Problem is that there haven't been as many of the people you mention. Most of the mass shootings have been done by white males, most of them radicalized by white supremacist bs.

That is a false equivalency. I'm specifically talking about covering mass shootings the same way that Chicago mass shootings are covered. Local news affiliates only where you can go find the story, but it isn't jammed down your throat 24/7 on every national news channel. That is what encourages copy cats, imo.

You won't see that because internalized racism doesn't operate that way. You gave seen black cops beating and killing black citizens claiming they were threatened,, or a black supreme court justice who votes to allow racial discrimination to be allowed in a lower court case, a black state AG who lies to cover up an unjustified use of deadly force by police, or a black sheriff riding on a horse wearing a cowboy hat giving speeches to right wing crowds about how terrible BLM is. This is what you would see from blacks who adopt white supremacy.

And you have mass shootings and you have mass shootings. Literally some people's definition of "mass shooting" in the US is "X amount of people killed and not gang related"

Gangs aren't walking into shopping centers and shooting up people. At the same time people in communities impacted by gang shootings have been asking for something to be done about guns for years and the same people in here talking about Chicago don't want to do anything about guns.Not really an equivalency either.

"Our nation needs to take a serious look at the state of mental health today. Sometimes meds can be the problem. America is failing our youngest generations from decades of rejecting good moral values and teachings," Georgia GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted. "We don't need more gun control. We need to return to God."
"It's time to arm the teachers and bring back prayer in our public schools," Oklahoma GOP Senate candidate Jackson Lahmeyer echoed on Twitter.
