Texas Lawmakers Approve Marijuana Decriminalization Bill
Texas would become the 25th state in the U.S. to remove the threat of being jailed as a punishment for possessing small amounts of marijuana under a bill approved by the state House of Representatives on Monday.

Well good for them, it is not the horror story the East coast freaks think it is.
 
The nation is moving ahead. There is no counter argument on this topic.
 
Good move. All States should do the same and relive the prisons of these folks.
 
But the traitor house speaker let the constitutional carry bill die.

I've known many a stoner. They like to agree.
Yet you yourself have never been stoned and as far as stoners all being as such it is illogical to deduce that more than the percentage of addicts is less than 7% of the population of users no matter what substance used, to include food, sex and other non-drug forms of addictive behavior of humans, will ever be as you say...
