I have again lost two kg I now have 136.6kg my mother wanted to take me to Wels to the xu (my favorite chinesse Buffet)and I couldn't eat and then we went home very strange I eat now much less.

Since i take ozempic i can not take a dump anymore
I feel bloated
Thats the only side effect so far

But i lost weight in two days now half a kg again
Last time two days when i reported i had 136.6kg
