What an utter disaster. Missed estimates of 400,000 cars by over 70,000. -20% sales in the best quarter EV has ever had. Lost so much share and the customers show no sign of returning. Current owners are putting stickers on their cars saying they bought it before Elon went crazy. Resale market has plummeted.

Or the inevitable happened, those who wanted an EV got one and those who didn't want to pay high 5 or 6 figures for a status symbol didn't. EV's will likely play a major role in the auto industry in the near to mid future, but they won't take over any time real soon.
