Temperate and heat are very different

Temp is the avg kinetic energy of the molecular vibrations of a volume of molecules in a given area

Heat is completely different
Heat is the sum energy total of every molecule in an area by adding up every energy vibration

So a Cup of coffee has a higher temperature than the entire ocean
Yet the ocean has far more heat !!!
