Teachers need to stay in touch with their former students

There are some who graduate University or College and never use the career resource department at their college and never stay in touch with their former teachers or professors and ended up failing life and cannot get the job they want and have no job. Teachers and professors need to stay in touch and in communication with their former college students to make sure the grads succeed in life.
