For the record, the whole "words are violence" thing is bullshit. Words can be angry, emotionally hurtful, and inciteful, but they are not violence. That's just what the left says to try and go after republicans. When the left uses "words", they suddenly become free speech and no big deal. Well he could have possibly meant that he was worried somebody else would try to take President Trump's life and use that as a talking point but I highly doubt it (especially because of the other details about transgenders) and even if it was he didn't word it like that so that's all probable cause to have him arrested.

Since the guy never hasn't acted on what his feelings are, how much can really be legally done to him?
