A couple things......

In many states the recording would be inadmissible as evidence of anything. Massachusetts, for example, requires consent to record audio or video of another person.

Secondly, this is just further proof in my mind why personal electronic devices other than calculators should be banned from all schools.

I think it's so weird that so many people who hate children choose teaching as a profession

I doubt they started out hating children, but Hover "my kid is an angel, so it must be the teacher's fault"
parents and the fact that to most grade school is basically tax funded daycare probably wear their patience thin.

Some of us live in the modern age...the girl was recording the teacher so that she could review his lesson in order to further learn from it. She also had an issue with her sight and we don't know if she could see wee or where she was sitting...so your assertion is ignorant.

Unless the teacher can see into the future, he has no idea what her future will be, however being in a position of educational authority over her and declaring her to be stupid and a failure certainly doesn't help to provide a positive learning environment.
