I'm not looking for recipes to make some certain tea where you use tea bags.

I'm looking for a good link for making whats in the tea bag from scratch or if you know some mixtures that you can post here.

Chamomile. Just put it in a tea ball and enjoy, simple. Grow it or buy it, whole thing, flowers and all not bags but they OK. Do it at bedtime

I love tea...green, black, oolong, indian chais...but some of that hippie stuff tastes like hay.
