No need to steal anything. There are hundreds of derangement syndromes--- both Trump and Obumma derangement are real. But the Delusion syndrome is just a spin off, a play on words meant to discredit the severity of TDS.

People with TDS are very sick people. I've met a few. They can no longer function in normal society, they typically need to surround and ensconce themselves in people who only think just like them, then they go around believing they are the norm and everyone is like them!

I prescribe lots of rest, some dilaudid, and perhaps a few years of rehabilitation on the beaches of El Salvador.
