You know what's ridiculous about all this? I'll just bet that neither Swift nor anyone that had anything to do with the design on the merchandise were even aware that this company even existed. What's more, the two logos look completely different.

If Rasool had a genuine concern about the alleged similarities, all she had to do was contact Swift and make her concern known. Instead, she chose to make it about race right out of the ******* gate and accuse Swift of appropriating a businesswoman's trademark. - Excuse me, a BLACK businesswoman's trademark. Her being black had no more to do with anything than Swift's being white.
