Engineers don’t build Iphones. They Design, test, QA etc. I would imagine Assembly is whats done overseas at cheaper cost. Labor is less, less GOVT interference on PC boards MFG (chemicals) etc.

It could be done here. People in Memphis could be trained, same as over there. Teslas are mostly built here. The head of APPL is a LW *** that decided the USA was not capable. Why?
