I don't know. What the hell is in the president's annual exam? It would probably say that he is in good health for a man of his age, and no reference at all to his mental health, including dementia. If it's not officially diagnosed in the medical records then he doesn't have it. That's one reason why they are fighting so hard not to release the Hur audios. While Hur isn't actually a doctor who can diagnose, the audio is probably pretty damning. Funny how they can release the transcripts and not claim executive privilege but they can't release the audios to back up the transcripts due to executive privilege.
