At some point because we have many people entering our nation with most being Hispanic, they will get most of the resources allocated for social programs. In fact, the percentages are rising now. Things could get ugly in some areas as this progresses.

Are you suggesting that Hispanics will get the resources and black Americans won't? Because that's not how government services work. It isnt a first come first serve kind of situation. There are limits to the amount of those resources. Local governments keep finding new ways to get income for the programs they pay for and new ones they start. Citizens living in states are taxed more and more to pay for urban areas. Even with their own problems. The Federal government has done its old sleight of hand with the Infrastructure Bill enacted as a lot of money is going to Blue areas to shore up their governments, unions and payouts to others. The amount of people needing government help is growing faster than the economy can sustain.
