I'm new to the forum but love all the topics on here. I work in the IT training and certification industry and am curious if there's any on here who have an opinion on being "Software Certified" for the software you use. Or are you someone who hires IT professionals? Does it add value to your career or is it just a piece of paper? Thanks in advance for any feedback!
