Now that Trump is back. Thomas and Roberts should resign and allow Trump
to appoint two younger justices. Thomas is 76 and Roberts is 69, respectively. They can retire and allow a younger generation in.

The Democrats have been trying to get rid of Justice Thomas for more than 30 years, and now they seem to be finally getting their wish.

I'd like to see the new Congress work on the D's idea to increase the size of the SCOTUS in 2025. The idea has some merit.

Justice Thomas has been a great SC Justice, as scholars a hundred years from now will document.

But I would be pleased if he resigned for personal reasons. He should be able to live out his years in comfort and without stress.

I can see Thomas retiring over the next four years....not sure about Roberts.
