Now days the hispanic, latinos, illegals, Mexicans, etc... are always calling blacks the n-word. It's as if they are trained and drilled within their race to do so. They do it a lot in the school systems.

It is usually the hispanic males using the racial slur towards blacks in that manner. They do so loud and out in the open. White kids will not say it. They have been taught better, and told that it could ruin their careers down the line. However, the latinos, Mexicans, hispanics, illegals say it in a derogatory manner all the time to other blacks especially to the teachers.

Surprisingly it was a high school because the kids usually do the racial slurs in the middle school, but grow out of it. At age 27 substitute is not mature enough to walk away. They mature again around age 32. Usually the much older teachers walk away those in their 40s and 50s.

In civilized countries such behavior does not exist. We have bad leadership in the USA.

Well? Shouldn't they sue? Would it not have been more appropriate for him to send the student to the principals office?

IMO, that teacher should lose his job. If just hearing derogatory language, even if it is discriminatory against him, sets him off to physically abusing kids, he is probably not in the right profession.


Teachers should set an example of how folks need to behave. There is a proper way to discipline, and an improper way.

However , that is something that society slowly decides for itself .

Until then we endure sentimental and PC posts like yours .

There are no proper and improper ways to discipline without first knowing all about general context and full consequences , short and long term .

Once the kid jumped up, started laughing, and shouted another racial slur, that decreased the lawsuit money.

The parents need to teach their son to shut his mouth. If he does that same thing in college as a full grown adult... he will end up in jail himself for assault.

The substitute teacher is not a certified teacher, is not on contract. He knew he was fired when he decided to post up (raise his fist to fight) He knew he was going to get arrested.
