The “gender pay gap” is the biggest farce in the feminists’ complaint list.

Women work less because of kids, they typically don’t go into STEM fields because it requires too much brain power and skill, and even when they do have equal skills as men they usually lack confidence to ask for more money. Their arguement is that companies will hire a man just to pay him more money for the same amount of work a woman would do. It’s ridiculous, companies are always about the bottom line and if they could hire from a cheaper work pool to get the work done, they would.

Until women fill up the dangerous jobs and dirty jobs, they have nothing to complain about.

This has been known for years. As in decades.
Different pay scales for the exact same job for men and women ended 40 years ago for virtually every U.S. business.
That was a legitimate complaint by the Women's movement 1960's - forward.

Totally agree it's a bunch of bs , just like when they USED women to gain more income taxes, there started the bs o f" Hear me roar" , I can bring home the bacon, only giving us gawd dam turn key kids who had nno parents home after school etc, and again the stupid ffk liberals and our economic society fforced the market into " TWO PARENTS" needing to work in order to have a decent living. ....... it's all been a scam.
