Are you tired of seeing story after story in the news about problems, lawsuits over political or religious differences, and never about solutions?
Why don't we ever see headlines like:
STUDENTS IN LAWSUIT OVER TRANSGENDER BATHROOM
RAISE FUNDS FOR UNISEX RESTROOM TO SETTLE DISPUTE
WEALTHY COUPLE IN NASTY DIVORCE FIRE LAWYERS
AND MEDIATE TO SAVE MONEY FOR THEIR KIDS COLLEGE
MUSLIMS VOLUNTEER TO DELIVER WEDDING CAKES
TO PREVENT LAWSUIT AGAINST ANTI-GAY BAKERY
What kind of headlines would you like to see in 2014
but will never ever happen? Happy New Year everyone! Happy MLK Day!
CNN Breaking News: Realizing Their Right To Not Believe In God Is Unaffected, Atheist Helps Christian Set Up Nativity Scene In Front Of Town Hall.
Sadly I cannot understand why erecting a cross on public land is seen as an unconstitutional imposition worth suing over,
while forcing citizens to pay for health insurance "when they don't BELIEVE federal govt has that Constitutional authority"
is considered a "nonissue" -- when these people actually face financial PENALTIES for
wanting a different choice besides insurance. How is that NOT an imposition by one belief system over another?
On that note, how about this for an impossible headline:
Amicable Divorce: Democrat and Republican agree to separate federal funding
Party leaders call a truce, signing an agreement recognizing equal
respect and inclusion of political beliefs under the First and Fourteenth
Amendment to the Constitution, and thus financial responsibility for funding their own beliefs
instead of imposing on each other or on the public through law or govt by abuse of the political system.
A coalition task force of representatives from various political parties plan to meet with the Senate Judiciary Committee to structure a process for
redressing grievances by separating taxes to fund contest programs and policies directly per party, unless policies
are agreed to be authorized under federal government, in order keep religious conflicts out of Congress and political biases out of legislation.
The expected result is removing excess burdens causing federal bureaucracy and backlog,
which Libertarians hail as limited govt, while Liberals consider this a win for prochoice
and keeping govt and religion out of private lives. Republicans believe this will prove the free market can manage programs better without govt interference, but because of the liberal media, the public statement for the record was the Singlepayer Advocates won the battle to create govt health care by abolishing the death penalty and using those resources.
In reality, the businesses and individuals building the medical facilities and programs to provide the services to the public
plan to deduct all expenses from their taxes; so to them it is using the free market system and not relying on government.
While to the Singlepayer advocates, it is public taxes paying for the reforms so it is still government money.
Because the liberal media could not explain this dual reality, it was agreed to chalk it up as a victory for government-run health care under the terms of the truce.
