Calling is easy. Simply dial the Capitol toll free 877 210-5351 and to be connected to your Senators office. When a staffer answers say something like:
"I'm calling about the S. 744 amnesty bill. My name is ______. I am calling from (name of your town) and I'm asking the Senator to vote NO on the Motion to Proceed."
You can just say thank you and hang up.
