The only reason to have elections not all counted within 2 days is to get the real numbers and then manufacture fake votes to beat the real numbers. This never happened before in America; Whoever is behind it should be hanged publicly as the traitor that they are.

That's gonna be a LOT of Republican legislators across many states to hang. Probably not practical.
Or...maybe, you could just open up absentee voting for overseas personnel and mail in voting at least 6 weeks in advance of election day.
Do that, and I'll fully support a law that says all ballots must postmarked no later than 48 hours before the polls open in their state.
Require that all states have their absentee and mail in votes opened, counted, verified, and tabulated prior to election day. Outside of
recounts and audit (after the election), end all hand counting of votes. They get tabulated by machine (and no, machines don't manufacture or change votes).

Make election day a national holiday and my guess is you'll have all your results of each race decided by noon the next day.
Easy peasy.

There are a lot of Republican legislatures that made the process of voting and counting those votes excruciating.
You need to see them to settle your grievance.
