No, it should not. My father lived in Georgia for a few years and he took me there when I visited. I don't know if they still do it now, but they used to do this spectacular laser light show on the side of the mountain.

I'm sure since you don't know history, you also don't know that 2/3 of that mountain is under ground and it is the largest piece of solid granite on earth.
