December 14th is when the electors vote for president.

California made a law that says ( Counties with over 2200 Residents can’t hand count ) Stipulation allows Counties to hand count if ( Electric grid in region goes down for over a week of consecutive days ) ( Earthquake or Natural disaster caused Governor to declare State of Emergency in Region ) ( War or Civil unrest ) …

California is Machine count only ( Dominion) unless county is 2200 Populace or less ) like 4 counties outta 58 ) But Shasta County did ditch Dominion for another Company ( After Governor crafted the no hand count law specifically to punish Shasta County for ditching Dominion )
