A Derangement Syndrome is where a conversation has got nothing to do with Obama, Biden, Trump, Thatcher, Muslims. Then boom, out of nowhere comes the ODS, BDS, TDS, ThDS, MDS comment. It's because that person mentally suffers from that person/group so much, it's taken over their life and they must speak about it in all conversations.

I've noticed the acceleration of MDS. A manifestation of Trump being in office
