Don't Be a Job Snob
Owners aren't earners. Those fat-asses are the ones hogging the revenue. Let the lazy fairies of laissez-faire take a cut in their obscene profit margins.
It's always about imposing your will on everyone else but you don't want to follow the very rules that you are trying to impose on others. These left leaning companies are fake as three dollar bills.
They talk the talk to entice naive Leftist youth to embrace their brand...but when it comes time to walk the walk? Well... you see the results again and again...

Starbucks fires Memphis workers who tried to form a union
Starbucks, the Seattle-based coffee chain, denies allegations that the Memphis, Tennessee workers were dismissed in retaliation for their unionization drive.nypost.com
College Means Nothing More Than Buying a Job, So Graduates Don't Deserve the Jobs They Are GivenUnions have long outlived their usefulness and are nothing but a front for organized crime currently.
Whoever Thinks He Owns a Man's Work Thinks He Owns That ManOwners deserve their earnings because they are the owners. They excelled way beyond a guy who pours coffee in a cup. At one point in time they had menial jobs that didn't pay much but they achieved more.
I'm not a job snob. I'm simply saying you should get paid based on your position and a guy pouring coffee is lucky they make more than minimum wage because they are doing minimal work with minimal skill and minimal effort working a position a 16 year old can do with absolutely no work experience.
You failed to recognize that "union" workers have been robbed for years by their leaders. Unions are thieves and haven't done anything for workers in over 50 years.those who pointed out the grand larceny of the CEOs'
Whoever Thinks He Owns a Man's Work Thinks He Owns That Man
The tedium and physical strain of the work must be compensated for. If a court punished you to do that drudgery (without pay) or pay a fine that you could comfortably afford, how much would you pay to get out of it? That's how much baristas should be paid.
Or don't answer. On the Netrix you can always use the excuse that you've never heard that justification before (from those the rulers designate to pretend to be pro-labor), so "it must be bizarre and not worth thinking about."
Are you on some sort of drugs?Saying That Businessmen Create Jobs Is Like Saying That Vampires Create Blood
A real man would tell Starbucks that if it wants cheap labor, it should set up to sell its high-profit-margin coffee in some Third World sweatshop.
He specializes in what you just saw: five-dollar words from a five-cent mind. That entire response still does not address any of my statements, points or my validations thus far. Not does it even remotely have anything to do with the topic of this thread and in the end it makes no sense at all.
It's a bunch of disconnected fancy words put together that don't really say anything at all. It reads like a highschool giving some lame and poor interpretation of catcher in the rye to some 5 years so they get a smug sense of cheap self satisfaction.
With that said I am pulling the plug on our conversation because it's painfully obvious you're a contrarian and only replying to be against whatever it is I say as you haven't actually discussed anything or left any room for discussion. It's all nonsensical closed ended responses.
There is a reason your post count is 9x that of your reaction score.
Yet another for the ignore pile.

Business owners don't think they own a man's work; they think they purchased the work at fair market value. Any employee who thinks he's not getting fair market value should renegotiate his contract. There's no one in regular employment who is forced to work for anyone. On the other hand, though, we'll ignore the hundreds of thousands in forced labor and slavery under the drug cartels and human smugglers that the left and Biden are encouraging; we'll just stick with discussion of regular paid employment for now.
If a person can't sell their labor for the amount they want to make then they need to improve the quality of their product. For instance, this knife is available from DawsonKnives.com for $350:

and this knife is available from Walmart for $17.95:

If Walmart wants to sell their knife for $350 then they need to improve the quality. In the same way, if you want to sell your labor for a high price, increase the quality of your labor. It can be done; to not do it is a choice.
