This guy had his due process, was tried, a jury of 12 convicted him for his crimes committed....
If an American alleged to have committed a crime can get out of jail without bail, then a non citizen for the exact same crime, can get out of jail without bail.... That's how the justice system works....
I find it hard to believe anyone, citizen or not, charged with Murder would be able to get out of jail, WITH bail, let alone without it!!!!
