‘Squad’ Rep. Bowman predicts ‘civil war’ if GOP takes control in midterms

I'll give you this. You could go into Trump country and recruit 1000 guys to go along with such insanity. After all it's Trump country.

This woman called the POTUS Brandon when I was in line and looked at me with sort of a wink wink like I agree right? So I went along. Then she said MAGA and we fist pounded. I'll fit right in after the civil war.

I know, it's crazy!! Just look at all the MAGA guys here in Chicago.........

So were there more FBI agents than civilians in the "kidnapping" plot?

Nope they dropped that lie once they realized they couldn't prove it:

OUCH! Even Rachel Maddow Admits Trump Had Nothing To Do With Capitol Breach [VIDEO]

You're such a liar

Progressive Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman warned of a stark outcome if Republicans take back power in the November midterm elections — one that would “embolden” far-right extremists and white nationalists who he claims “have been pushing” for “civil war.”

During a Saturday interview with MSNBC’s “The Cross Connection with Tiffany Cross,” the Bronx-Westchester member of the congressional “Squad” led by socialist darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed Republicans will quickly take action to halt Democratic progress in the investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, saying the House select committee’s findings would be “completely suppressed.”

Bowman also claimed the GOP would “impeach President Biden as quickly as possible and they will continue to find ways to impeach him going forward.”

But Bowman went on to warn that Republicans gaining control of the House and/or Senate would “embolden” dangerous and violent extremists to take further control.

“It would also embolden Republicans and the far right, and white nationalists across the country to begin to believe that it is their time to not just take power in the House, but the Senate, the White House and statehouses across the country,” Bowman said.

“We’ve got to understand that this is a group that has been radicalized by the great replacement myth and many other things, and have been pushing for violence and pushing for even civil war, so that is what’s at stake right now in terms of this election,” he warned.

Progs using violent speech to agitate. Go figure.

Didn't you guys say it wasn't cool to protest outside a Supreme Court Justices home?

At one point, Bowers fought back tears as he described the pressure placed on him to betray his oath and the impact "disturbing" protests outside his home had on his family.

This is Republicans protesting outside another Republicans home because he wouldn't go along with the coup

You're such a liar

haha not surprised there is some dembot spin after her statement

So we are wrong to point out your misrepresentation of what was said? Same way you did Colbert? Sorry if the facts and truth irritate you.

CLAIM: An MSNBC clip from the night of Thursday’s hearing by the House panel investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection shows the news network “admitting Trump had nothing to do with” the event. LIE!!!!! Why? Missing context. Do you know what context is?

AP’S ASSESSMENT: It shows host Rachel Maddow noting that rioters began breaching security barriers around the Capitol while then-President Donald Trump was still speaking at a rally elsewhere. But the clip cuts off before Maddow argues that the rioters were taking the opportunity to breach the barricades during the rally “so that the mob could follow them when Trump told them to.”

“Just a key point: Yes, there was a pro-Trump rally at which the president spoke and we can absolutely talk about all the things the president said there,” Maddow said. “But the idea that that rally is the thing that got out of hand and that somehow resulted in the breaching of the Capitol — that rally was very far from the Capitol. And the people who, as you say, did the initial breach that allowed everybody else to come in, they never even went to that rally.”

One post sharing the clip on Facebook is captioned: “MSNBC admitting Trump had nothing to do with the Fedsurrection.”

But an archive of Maddow’s full remarks show the clip circulating online cuts off before she specifically accuses Trump of playing a role.

“They took the opportunity of that rally happening to get themselves down a totally undefended Mall and get through those first barricades so that the mob could follow them when Trump told them to,” Maddow said in the next sentence.

The full conversation, which took place around 10 p.m. EDT after the hearing had concluded, also shows Maddow was responding to comments by MSNBC co-host Chris Hayes, who also pointed the finger at Trump.

Hayes argued that footage and testimony showed an organized “vanguard” was the first to assault police and enter the Capitol, and that vanguard “had congregated and assembled, called by the president of the United States, for the explicit purpose of stopping the peaceful transfer of power.”

Who is this guy Bowman? I thought the "Squad" was four whack job Leftist women?
Exactly. They don't even know what they are talking about.

I guess now "the squad" would count all the Republicans who didn't help Trump steal the election

“I really have something important to call to your attention that I think really changes things,” Giuliani said in one call. According to the committee, Cutler found this inappropriate and directed his lawyers to tell Giuliani to stop calling, but Giuliani would not back down.

Russel Bowers, the GOP speaker of AZ’s state House of Representatives, said the pair put similar pressure on him. He recalled Giuliani telling him, “We’ve got lots of theories. We just don’t have the evidence.”

Brad Raffensperger, Georgia’s Republican secretary of state, testified that his office tirelessly pursued allegations of election fraud, opening nearly 300 separate investigations, but came up empty. In one case, Trump’s team claimed that 66,000 underage voters were counted, but Raffensperger’s office found no evidence to back it up.

Trump then told the Georgia official he needed to “find” just enough votes for Trump to win the state.

A mother-daughter duo of Georgia election workers described how their lives were affected by Trump’s targeted attacks.

Ruby Freeman, She and her daughter, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, found themselves personally attacked by Trump and his supporters in the wake of the election as Trump repeatedly fueled the idea that the vote had been rigged against him.

Trump’s team accused the women of counting “suitcases” of fake ballots that favored Biden.

“Nowhere. There is nowhere I feel safe. Do you know how it feels to have the president of the United States target you? The president of the United States is supposed to represent every American, not to target one,” Freeman said in her recorded testimony.

She also cleared up an accusation Giuliani made that she and Freeman were passing a USB drive back and forth while working. It was nothing but a ginger mint, she said.

Michigan’s state Senate majority leader, Mike Shirkey, a Republican, said that after Trump publicly shared his phone number, he received around 4,000 text messages.

The pressure on Bowers led to personal attacks at his home.

The Republican official said the “straw that broke the camel’s back” came after Trump supporters began targeting a contractor who worked for Dominion Voting Systems.

“I did pull up Twitter. I scroll through it, and there’s a particular tweet,” Sterling testified. “It had his name, ‘You’ve committed treason. May God have mercy on your soul.’ And a slowly twisting GIF of a noose.”

The attackers also turned to Raffensperger. He testified that Trump supporters threatened his wife with sexual violence and that some had broken into the home of his daughter-in-law, a widow with two children.

Trump said Bowers agreed the election was rigged. Bowers said that’s not true. Trump lied, again.

Trump allies, including Rep. Andy Biggs, pressured Bowers to decertify Arizona’s slate of electors.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) tried to give Vice President Mike Pence a fake slate of pro-Trump electors.

Damning text messages displayed at the hearing revealed that, shortly before Vice President Mike Pence was scheduled to certify the election results, Johnson aide Sean Riley contacted Pence staffer Chris Hodgson to say the senator wanted to “hand” Pence an “alternate slate of electors for [Michigan] and [Wisconsin] because the archivist didn’t receive them.”

So it's clear now to anyone sane that Trump did try to steal the 2020 election right? I mean is anyone still denying it after these hearings?
