The need to protect the identity of the victims.
10:22 to 11:22 (yes, a long answer):
Four questions:
Should every victim's name and identifying information in the released Epstein information be carefully redacted with an intent to err on the side of caution rather than air on the side of being so open that victims are re-victimized? Or will any redactions at all only leave you even more suspicious of a cover-up?
Should the names of adults mentioned in the documents, but not accused of any wrongdoing, be redacted?
Should the names of adults mentioned and accused or implied to have committed wrongdoing, but not convicted, be redacted?
If Kash Patel states, in upcoming Congressional testimony, that some names of adults mentioned in the documents and accused of wrongdoing cannot be released because there is an ongoing investigation targetting them for possible prosecution, will you accept that answer as a justification for redaction?
The questions are only a guide. Feel free to answer some, all or none.
