Sorghum Glazed Turnips

One day this past week a patient brought me a big jar of sorghum. THEN another one brought me a bag of turnips. So I made this recipe today. OMG! If you are a vegetable lover as I am, this is to die for!

i havent thought of sorghum in a long time....

It's always available in the little markets around here. Don't know what I will do with a quart of it, but the turnips sure turned out well. My mother used to take a pat of butter. Pour the soughum over, then mix it all up and spread on toast or a biscuit.
