Something I made on Father's Day

Crimini Mushrooms sauteed in EVOO, and butter with crushed, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, bacon, topped with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and a dash of Black Truffle - infused oil.....

For a good wine with it - I opened an Owen Sullivan 2003 Cabernet Franc..

MMMmm sounds good--just making sure you weren't holding out on us. I guess I've watched too many food shows where the whole meal fits on a saucer.
