Some thoughts from the "founding fathers"

I have no need to pretend that our Nation wasn't founded after the American Revolution that started exactly when the British were headed to Concord to confiscate firearms, powder and ammo, got their ass kicked at the North Bridge, and that our Founders weren't thinking about that when they fought with each other over adding the Second Amendment to the US Constitution.

You can rest assured they didn't do it so we could go deer hunting, or to the range on the weekend. :auiqs.jpg:

Since you're the one who posted it, I won't waste precious seconds and minutes watching it. Thanks for the warning.
Well is 56 seconds and sort of lame humor.
Also displays the disjointed thinking that passes for humor from the Left wingnuts.

Founding Fathers never put anything in the Constitution about electing convicted felons because they thought nobody would ever be stupid enough to do it.

Well, except for the fact that every damn one of our Founding Fathers were considered to be criminals and traitors to the Crown and would have been hanged if they hadn't won the war.

Guess what, the British put a statue of George Washington in Trafalgar Square after the war and it's still there today.

And yet "you can't carry a gun to a protest withut getting shot" doesn't strike you as the same move?

Obviously a civics class flunked loony who never read nor understood the Declaration of Independence.
Or the Constitution written and based upon such.
(Also, 'Criminals supporting criminals' ?)
Are you deliberately missing the point or can you really not see it?

But you can, because I have, and that's just not true.

I went to a protest in Leadbetter Heights and Allendale, walked through the police line packing heat, but then again having a firearm in that part of town was good idea if you knew what you were doing and didn't do stupid shit.

Funny how selectively republicans want application of the 2nd amendment.

That it applies to them, but not to others.

It applies to everyone, but having a right and exercising your liberties in that regard still requires some personal responsibility, however I can see where leftists might have a problem understanding that.

The facts of the Pretti case are slowly coming out.
Their initial refusal to even investigate is proof they knew they were lying and covering up the f acts.
Pretti NEVER BRANDISHED HIS GUN.
Pretti was NOT A DOMESTIC TERRORIST
Pretti was NOT PLANNING TO KILL MULTIPLE ICE AGENTS.
