Some Of The Biggest Lies Being Spread About The Jan. 6 Insurrection

You are very confused person. The committee collects the information. The justice department and their courts decide whether to prosecute or not.
Legal evidence is presented in a court of law, not some Congressional committee, you fucking moron.

The courts are the only body that can convict someone of crimes. These people have already had their day in court.

No they haven't. It was a plea bargain, which means no trial.

Can you explain why a huge mob from the Trump MAGA cult would not be a weapon in sheer numbers of stupid Trump voters that could easily overwhelm Capitol Police without firing shot?

Hiw many of the 30,000 would have followed Trump into the Capitol and how long could they disrupt the proceeding with Trump in there with them.
You're talking about a hypothetical that didn't happen and everyone knows it didn't happen.

You are a liar. Trump made at least three attempts to stay in power after losing the election in a landslide victory for Biden.

He tried to have state officials “find votes” HE Tried the Eastman fake Republican electors coup plot involving his vice president Mike Pence. And after those two attempts failed to materialize he demanded his Secret Service take him to the Capitol so he himself could lead a partially armed mob to destroy and disrupt the peaceful transfer of power to the rightful president following the 2020 election. Thats real Trump Bozo.

No.....he had sworn statements from a bunch of witnesses.
Yeah, in the 1,000's but not ONE willing to testify, under oath?
Seems like if they were so adamant, at least ONE person would step up.

Why didn't they?

Because lying under oath puts you in jail.
A signed affidavit rarely does.

And he put that in a sworn affidavit
None of the sworn affidavits found any wrong doing. And none of their claims were lies. They were just things they didn't like. Like, "the vote counter kept telling me to back up and wouldn't let me see every vote". Then you find out they weren't supposed to be allowed behind the booth to also be counting the votes. They were just there to observe.

Or, "a black woman was rude to me and wouldn't let me in". Turns out, there were already enough poll watchers back there.

Point is, none of them said anything that was a lie that could be found to be a lie. They truly believed what they saw was wrong but the fact is, they were wrong. They wanted to see wrong doing so badly they saw it where it wasn't happening.

This affidavit strategy was just that. A strategy. Another reason to not count or certify the vote. If there were 7000 affidavits then there must have been election fraud right? WRONG!

Affidavits Alleging Voter Fraud Accuse Poll Workers of Wearing Black Lives Matter Clothing

234 pages of affidavits released by the Trump campaign—which they say show evidence of voter fraud—include complaints that Democrat counting volunteers wore Black Lives Matter clothing and were "verbally aggressive" and one claim that it was "odd" members of the military voted for Joe Biden

Signed and sworn statements from more than 100 people included in a new lawsuit filed in a Michigan federal court by the campaign of President Donald Trump allege misconduct in the processing and counting of ballots in Detroit.

They are part of a broader, national legal strategy Trump and his campaign are employing as they try to discredit and dispute the results of the presidential election, won by Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

While poll challengers say they that were denied access to portions of the vote counting, that their challenges were not taken seriously or that several different types of ballot processing errors occurred, the allegations do not show proof of widespread fraud or egregious misconduct.

Just another strategy to stop the vote. If the riot didn't work, maybe this would.

Scandalous.
