This qualifies as a mass public school shooting, it happened in Russia......the shooter didn't use a rifle of any kind, he used 2 pistols....

Don't know what he converted, but I have two types, my favorite being the Bulgarian. I carry it frequently in warm weather. They are not much for winter when thicker clothes is worn.
