If he does continue to increasingly stumble and mentally deteriorate, I would. Issa, Cotton, Graham, McCain, Rubio and many others in Congress seem very unhappy with him, particularly on RussiaGate. Pence, Mattis, and McMaster would be the ones to pull the Amendment XXV option to replace Trump.
