You know I've never said that. 15 percent of blacks are smarter than the average white, so sure, a black smarter than a white is statistically inescapable. I'm not tracking your quotes, i'm asking a hypothetical. I'm glad you acknowledge the potential for black intellectual superiority to any average white person. It is this demographic which maintains the necessity of protecting equality despite what may or may not be a truth regarding race based potential. 1, Half way true, the fathers are around for the majority and are there, out of wedlock births doesn't absent fathers.


2. That number is decreasing and mostly due to poverty and bad schools.

3. that number soared mostly as a result of the so called war on drugs that specifically targeted minority neighborhoods even though whites use more drugs than blacks

the reason is..blacks who are almost never allowed to participate in white culture have to be well versed in white culture to pass tests devised by other whites.if whites were given a test written in eubonics or street slang..they would almost never get a job or promotion.we are different. my brother is a contractor. he explained to me that he hates to build big attractive homes only 20 feet apart so people can look into each others windows and be faced with close proximity of neighbors when entering or leaving their homes. whites like this..they are naturally nosy and neighborly. blacks like their new homes if they can afford one..far away from neighbors..especially nosy prying white neighbors. its more expensive he says to build on bigger lots but we blacks don't have the lizard brain beehive mentality whites have..we are different. almost all blacks hate having to see or speak to their neighbors when they come home.

So, essentially, whites are punished in our society because blacks are just naturally dumber.

Because the particular individuals, be it due to a lack of effort or simply being less capable, were unable to meet the requirements of the job. They are less qualified because they were either unable or unwilling to learn the necessary information, master the requisite skills, and meet all necessary requirements for consideration for the position.

It's as simple as that. If i can't pass the written test and/or I'm not fit enough to be a firefighter, you don't ask why me and a number of persons with common hair color or body shape are unable to do the job. If I failed the test, then I failed the test. Last I heard, all parties agreed that the test in question was total non-biased when it comes to race and merely selected those persons best able to do the job. That this is turned into what it has been by those who want to play racial politics is disgusting.

Are there differences among the major races? Sure. We all know that Mongoloids tend to be smaller than Negroids and most Caucasoids, even when they live in America and environmental factors are minimized. Mongoloid races have long been known to have the highest average IQ of the three major grouping of minor races (that is, the three 'major races'. It's common sense: anything that effected by genetics will vary between populations that are significantly differentiated genetically. Of course we all know there's plenty of overlap and there are always outliers like 7-feet-tall asian man playing basketball or the 'crazy' black guy who comes up with more uses for peanuts than anyone else ever thought of or who can make the only real McCoy

The reality here is that the particular black individuals who failed, just like the Whites who failed, happened to be less qualified for the position than the individuals who passed. o evidence has yet been put forward to suggest that the reality is anything but a case of choosing the most capable persons for a job in which peoples' lives are on the line. Those who would have the decision based on racial considerations (racists) rather than choosing simply the most qualified persons are risking the lives of everyone in the city in order to push their own agendas.
