That is just not true. Anyone making that claim has not read a single indictment, not read any trialiu testimony. Like this case, did he pay Stormy Daniels? Yes, yes he did. Did he pay her out of company funds and then expense it, why yes, yes he did.

I mean this particular case is extraordinary grievous because there was no need for it. Trump could have paid Daniels out of his own funds. While perhaps a violation of campaign finance rules that would not have been a felony.
