By the way, he was not falsely charged as the laws were existing laws and he was found guilty of breaking them.

There is a very small possibility that the trial will be found that some technicality occurred that causes this trial to be overturned but then all it means is that he would be tried again. He was found guilty by a jury of his peers and of breaking existing laws. That will never go away.

What laws did Trump break? Show the evidence. You can't because there isn't any except what Smith and Bragg said Trump was thinking. Marchen should have thrown the case out or recused himself for his and his family's obvious bias against Trump. The case was set up for a guilty verdict.
