So this black coach is now suing the NFL for racist hiring practices

This fool will now be black balled and never get a job. you cant force no organization to hire you

I hear in 1 year Dallas will be getting Sean Payton as their head coach.

So they have a rule you have to interview a black person and now the black person can sue you for discrimination for not hiring them, huh? Sounds like a good time for owners to sell their teams.
They should all agree to ONLY hire black coaches. Then after 10 years fire all the ones who didn't at least make it to a Superbowl. Then you can replace them with white coaches. Unfortunately all the good ones will be retired or dead.

It only makes sense if 70% of NFL is black then 70% of the coaches should be black.

Fortunately it's not 70% ownership.
If it was, the NFL would be like black-run cities; semi-non existent!!

:woohoo:

Flores is just a disgruntled employee who got fired. The Dolphin have a Black general manager Chris Grier and a non white QB. So they were doing great in diversity. Flores is a loser

NFL will settle up, at an undisclosed amount, and Flores won't have to work another day.
Then it's back to bizness as usual, muppets.

And addicted sports bettors need to pay attention to the allegation of throwing games, if true.
The NFL was notorious for throwing games in the 50's and 60's.
If you doubt me, go read a well foot-noted book about it called "Interference".

We need the whole story. What happens behind the scenes by all parties involved. Coaches don't have to be loved, but they have to be personable and not crazy. Management needs to show respect which it usually does in front of the scenes.

Miami hires a new coach who is biracial sso they have both sides covered now
