I was afraid my wife was going to push for a trial and I would be forced to testify. Worse, provide evidence I have as i didn't want to hurt her (unlike her treatment kf me but I digress). Court is like the hospital, it is not fun, even in a domestic case. It wouldn't be fun in this case either.
