Cities must pay tribute to the ghetto areas for anything they do. The South Philly sports complex is still across from an expressway with neighborhoods that are now African American. The Atlanta Braves were smart and left the ghetto stadium built for the Olympics moving into a suburban built stadium. And all future teams need to do the same now. It is not worth the aggravation that can escalate at anytime.

Never thought I would hear about a shooting outside a sports stadium. The Phillies, Eagles, Sixers, and Flyers stadiums is nowhere near the GHETTO
