When you see rioting its often because the police assaulted or killed a black person and they are often protected by the code of silence and the courts. See Rodney King for a good example.

But with a few notable exceptions the "history" blacks have made, at least here in the US, has been on the coattails of whites.

The current "history" blacks are making for themselves leaves a lot to be desired when you consider that the fellow blacks they look up to are a steady parade of race hustlers and thugs and their black politicians, by and large, are both ignorant and corrupt.
