So should we be firing up Old sparky for Luigi?

12 wh haven't been screwed by the US healthcare system. I wouldn't want to be that prosecutor.
You say that because you’re a liberal who hates successful people and businesses.

The only time I was ever screwed by insurance was when I had to go on an Obamacare plan.

An interesting opinion, there.

You are extravagantly lucky.
In truth..not so unusual.
Like most things in this country, how you get treated by insurance has a lot to do with how much money you have. If you have the money for a top-tier plan, you're golden, for the most part.

If you are a working mom whose insurance is through her job..and you get cancer and lose said job..and cannot pay the $1k a month premium....you're truly fucked. Your only option is Medicare...and your chance of surviving your cancer plummet.

As Lisa558 would say, "Sucks to be poor"

Not luck. I bought a good plan before Obamacare.

Once we had Obamacare, the costs skyrocketed so much that all I could afford was the bronze. High deductibles, narrow networks, and a cost of $900 a month.

There is a surprisingly large percentage of people amongst our population who feel as though Luigi is actually a hero and that the CEO of United healthcare received the death sentence that he had coming and wasn't going to get any other way.
Not me. He is NO Hero.
The Dude is GUILTY, 100%.
Short trial.

IDC if he gets life or the Death Penalty.
His life is over, in terms of Freedom.

Fuck him.....you can't just randomly KILL people.

You’re clueless. Under Obamacare, the middle class paid through the nose for inferior plans. The poor got subsidized plans that covered more.

After paying $900 a month for my bronze plan, I still had to pay $135 per session for the PT I needed. I couldn’t afford the 3x week the doc order - not on top of the $900 premium - so I went to 2x a week.

The low-income paid nothing for their plans, and a low co-pay for their sessions. They got the full treatment the doc ordered.

This is a tough one.

Is Luigi a justified vigilante?

Is he speaking for the hundreds of thousands of victims of health care oppression and fraud that have suffered under the hand of corporate greed and dishonesty?

Or do we do ourselves a disservice by Pat Lee and tacitly approving of this action if we do not give him the death penalty?

What say you?
Fry him.

"Justified vigilante" is an oxymoron. Americans allow our terrible healthcare system to exist but to blame the people that work in that system is not justifiable. Fry him.

Objectively there is video evidence of the actual shooting. There is evidence tying him to be that shooter. There is evidence that he was upset about the fate of his family members-hence mens rea. I believe they have the homemade firearm as well. Assuming that's legally admissible, depending on the charge thats hard to overcome.

I'm normally not a death penalty supporter, but his tries my principles.
