The statue of limitations has nothing to do with where you live, it's the time between the supposed crime committed and the time charges are brought. And again, if the Republicans had any balls, they would float the idea that if they pull this stunt, impeachment proceedings will be brought against Dementia.

Yes, that is what I always understood the statute of limitation is, but yesterday I read an article that explained NY has different measures where time lost on the statute can be added back, under their law.... I didn't really understand it all, but basically, whether a statute of limitation expired or not, is in dispute.

I am most of anything worried about all the political prisoners. And how much violent crime there is that the Dems don't do anything about. They have sure politicized the prison system.

Well, I sort of do care. I don't think this would help his vote count with a lot of conservative women; which presumably is a big reason they are moving against him this way. However. men have their "needs" and I know this is hardly unprecedented. The French actually prefer to hear of a sex scandal (at least with a female!) hitting their prime minister, I read: they view it as a sign of health and vigor.

But yeah, the main thing is Dems making political opponents political prisoners to get rid of them. This is a first in this nation, you know. Common in third-world countries. I am so ashamed of the Democrats.

The Grand Jury will make a decision on whether to bring indictments, I too hope they don't ....even if they believe and have mounds of evidence supporting such. We truly don't know what the charges and counts will be, if more than one or two or three felonies are involved etc etc....

But in the eyes of the public, it is a Trump paid off porn star hooker....case...to some others.... TABLOID FODDER that you can twist and blame Democrats for when it is a prosecutor, an AG, and a grand jury in a single State.....

Anyway, I hope the AG realizes he does not have to bring charges the grand jury may bring.

There are several pending cases out there, like in Georgia, and with the special council, that do involve our Nation's interest imho.... and this distracts, completely from those....imo.
