A building that holds 29,000 workers but only used by 330 people? That's excessive and unnecessary.

You can't even rent out the kitchen space in that building. Not enough people.
Lunch counters inside buildings are a necessity for most people wanting to rent office space. (30 MN lunches)

But today the trend is office hoteling instead of assigned space work areas. Meaning people work in an office 2-3 days a week (or less) and have a floor assigned to their department along with other departments.

All of which makes renting the kitchen/lunch counter area even more difficult. Without enough volume of people there aren't enough sales to even fund a hot dog cart.

And truly, this whole RTO thing is because "White Envelope " space is in huge surplus EVERYWHERE in America. Meaning that the commercial Real Estate market (highest dollar per sq foot) is about to melt down.

Just like housing in some areas. And big money is trying to stop this.

Well when they no longer have their beloved corner office and they have no budget for their staff or supplies because they apparently were cut by their supervisor.....

And actual arrests in handcuffs require time and investigations with solid cases built....especially when dealing with elected officials.
Warrants requires a magistrates signature. And hell to pay if wrong.

Some evidence is insufficient....a solid case is what is required here....especially if they are on opposite party lines.

And Kash has to first fix the coup inside the FBI at the moment. Bondi can't do anything without evidence. She is just the DOJ....despite her predecessor going beyond his mandated authority.
