The people who have the behavior that I'm concerned about now are the loons who are racing around calling for the deaths of all NRA members..the very same people who, coinidentally, insist we continue to leave our children unguarded.

In other words, **** off. You people think you can say anything you like, and sneer about the safety of children, and threaten US when we say we want to protect our children...and use OUR dead children to further your sick agenda....then chide us when we respond by saying "I will be on the schoolgrounds within 5 minutes, hunting, if a crazy ************ comes onto the campus and starts shooting."

Either stop threatening our rights and stop telling us not to protect our children, or face the consequences. When you threaten people by calling for their deaths, when you threaten to take away their rights, when you deny them the ability to protect their children, yet insist that they put their children at risk...then you've got a problem.

Oh look, another *ho hum* response to people getting "worked up" over the deaths of 20 kindergartners. Another "oh stop being so hysterical" response to the belief that children ought to be protected when they are at school. A dismissive "don't be silly" in response to the multiple death threats and calls for violence, not just against the NRA prez, his family and the vice prez, but ALL NRA members.

These incidents are indicative of nothing, but they are ESPECIALLY not indicative of the advancement of fascism in this country.

You have moved quite smoothly into the role fascist apologists, to their shame, have held since the dawn of time. Every time it happens...whether in Russia, Cambodia, Germany, Cuba, Italy...every single time your ilk have said "we will NEVER be so blind again!"

And yet every time it comes up, you get right back in line, dismissing all attempts to point out the parallels with the past. "Oh pshaw" you say, "Don't be silly, that isn't what's happening. Hitler had a cat, too! Socialists aren't Marxists, silly! Obviously you're just not as smart as we are!" And every single time, you're wrong. And millions die.

I used to think it was just a blindness on the part of progressives. An inability to see the big picture.
