We read/hear ...accord to the CBO... LOOK I copied directly from the CBO...
https://www.cbo.gov/system/files/115th-congress-2017-2018/costestimate/52849-hr1628senate.pdf
CBO and JCT estimate that, in 2018, 15 million more people would be uninsured under this legislation than under current law—primarily because the penalty for not having insurance would be eliminated.
OK.. CBO says 15 million....
then we have this from

23 million! So who is right?

Some 10.3 million people actually enrolled in Obamacare, as of mid-March, Trump administration officials said Monday. That's down from the 12.2 million who signed up for coverage when open enrollment ended on January 31.
Obamacare enrollment slides to 10.3 million

So again... we have BIASED MSM reporting oh... "20 million Americans are going to be without health insurance!"
REALITY??? According to the architect hired by Obama to design Obamacare told us:
"Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” Gruber said. "And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass."
Gruber made the comment while discussing how the law was "written in a tortured way" to avoid a bad score from the Congressional Budget Office. He suggested that voters would have rejected ObamaCare if the penalties for going without health insurance were interpreted as taxes, either by budget analysts or the public.

Now Gruber says 63% of Obamacare enrollment came from people eligible BEFORE Obamacare!
Gruber and his coauthors, using data from the Census Bureau, estimate that Medicaid “produced 63% of the gains [in coverage] that we identified” for 2014.
They also found that much of this gain was attributable to the enrollment in Medicaid of people who were eligible for the program under criteria that preceded the ACA’s Medicaid expansion:
Perhaps less obviously, we also found a substantial increase in Medicaid coverage among children and adults who were already eligible for the program before 2014. This population accounted for 44% of the coverage increase.

REMEMBER??? I kept telling you people 14 million of "Obama's 46 million uninsured Americans" were
people that didn't know they were eligible! NOW Gruber confirms that!
