Jamie Dimon, like Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein, is a Democrat. He believes in smart, effective and efficient regulation of markets, not just layering on more and more regulation for regulations' sake. That's a good thing.

He's against re-instituting Glass Steagall, unfortunately.

But given who's in charge, not the worst pick. Not a "populist" pick, though.
