instead of focus on breathing, when you feel adrenaline anxiety anger depression excitement or your tailbone start to wag fiercely, type into your mind 'smell the air' do it fast or slow and recognize the smell, then type in hold air in for ten seconds, training the mind this way with commands, you will eventually become calm from just smelling the air command.
