Avanati is going to be charged with receiving stolen goods. He KNEW the bank records had been illegally obtained. That's another charge. That's a federal conspiracy charge.
The person who gave Avanati Cohen's bank records is also going to be charged with numerous crimes.
When this is over both Stormy and her pimp WILL be charged with extortion and blackmail.
Goggle Avanati and his 'coffee empire' to see what a scumbag he really is.

I love it when posters display their ignorance of how our laws work.

If the records were "illegally obtained", the only person criminally liable would be the person who actually released the information.

The person who "released the bank records had no legal right to do so. That means they stole them.
The slip and fall pimp WILL be charged with 'receiving stolen property'.
The Treasury Department investigators are already tracking down the thief and WILL file charges.
Avanati KNEW what he was in receipt of were illegally obtained.
That's called receiving stolen property.
Avanati is also under investigation as to who is paying him to represent the aging donkey ******.
Who is paying Michael Avenatti?
