Sleep

How do you all function through the day on only 3-4 hours of sleep! :eek:
 
last night 2 or 3......sometimes days of that.....i love to sleep though perfer 8-10....and naps are brilliant....sunday afternoons on the deck by the pool under the umbrella with some jack johnson and a gin and tonic.....
 
At least 7 and normally 8.

Less then that is extremly bad for you, it will lessen your mental abilities and shorten your lifespan.

Lack of sleep is cumulative, as well as you can "bank" sleep. So I catch up and sleep longer when I can. I'll just get so tired I more or less "pass out," and then I catch up. Until then, I'm tired a lot.

I'm like that if my stress level is low. Right now, I'm under some pressure at work so I get maybe 5 or 6. It isn't sustained though. I'm normally getting good rest at night.
